Schedule Changes & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life is dynamic, and sometimes your child’s schedule needs to change. If that happens, please submit the Schedule Change Request Form. This helps us:
Understand your needs
Keep accurate records
Avoid scheduling conflicts
Each school year, we build the schedule from scratch to accommodate current needs. This is why we charge an annual administrative fee instead of a one-time registration fee.
Please note:
Group and semi-private lesson changes are subject to availability.
Private lesson rescheduling is handled individually and is often as complex as the original scheduling, requiring coordination with multiple families.
A $20 rescheduling fee will be applied to each private lesson change. If the rescheduling is handled directly by the teacher (rather than the office), this fee will be added to the teacher’s salary to compensate for her or his time.
